Aloha All

Yesterday we drove North to North Shore. Our intention was to hike, but we never made it to the hills because our butts felt compelled to sit on the beach. About a mile off shore we could see the flukes and fins of the Humpbacks that are here around the islands for the winter. They were so active we could see them leaping into the air from the beach. There must have been 5 active pods within our viewing area. I took lots of pictures....of course (sorry, didn't have a big lens for any whale pictures).
